2. RESTRICTIONS ON THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
The sale of alcohol is prohibited to children below the age of 18.
3. PRICES
All the prices shown on www.eurontus.com are expressed in Euros (€) and include their respective VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in such price, given that they are calculated according to the destination and in accordance with the indicated rates.
4. SCOPE OF THE OFFER
The products offered through www.eurontur.com are distributed in Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.
5. FORMS OF PAYMENT
Credit/debit card through Banco Sabadell’s secure bank gateway.
6. SHIPPING RATES AND CONDITIONS
– Any order made on the website www.eurontus.com will be understood as a firm purchase request by the customer once payment has been made.
– All orders made through this website are processed and sent out the day following their receipt, except for public holidays and weekends.
– The delivery term is 48/72 hours from confirmation of the order. The delivery is considered to be completed when the transporter has made the products available to the customer.
– It is the responsibility of the customer to check the products upon receipt and to set out any reservations and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.
Eurontur may send the orders by its own means or using national transport services. However, it reserves the right to send them by whatever means it deems appropriate in order to fulfill its commitment.
6.1. SHIPPING RATES
The following shipping rates are established according to the destination:
Peninsular Spain: 4,50 €
Balearic Islands: 6,00 €
Postage will not be applied to order over € 60.00
Prices include current VAT
7. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
– If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase through www.eurontus.com.
– The maximum term for requesting a wine order return is seven calendar days from receipt of the order.
– If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, we will reimburse the amount of the product, but not the shipping costs paid with the order.
– Faulty product from origin. Once we receive the faulty product we will send you another one. In this case, the exchange will always be done for the same item or reference. You will only be invoiced for the first shipment and Eurontur will take care of the postage for the return and new shipment.
– Product that accidentally does not match the order. Eurontur will cover all the costs for the return of the wrong product and the shipping of the product corresponding to the order made.
7.1. CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Eurontur will make exchanges or returns provided the following circumstances are met:
– Prior notice is given to our Customer Service Department. This step is essential whatever the reason for the return.
– You can do this by sending us an email at info@eurontur.com or by calling us on 967 32 34 20. Our customer service hours are 10.00 to 14.00 and 17.00 to 20.00, Monday to Friday.
– The products’ original packaging is intact. In the case of wines, no return of opened items will be permitted.
– The item has to be returned by courier to the address indicated by Eurontur on its notification.
– The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared on the order.
8. ABOUT THE ONLINE SHOP
Eurontur reserves the right to amend the commercial offer presented (amendments to product, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.
We make every effort for the information contained on www.eurontur.com to be true and free of typos.
Any undesired typo will be immediately corrected.
If there is a typo in any of the prices shown and a customer has decided to make a purchase based on such typo, we will communicate such typo to the customer and you will have the right to cancel your purchase at no cost to you.
